Comeaux's Cajun Cuisine ABQ Come get a taste of the Bayou!!! Comeaux’s Cajun Cuisine is bringing a taste of the Bayou to the streets of Albuquerque.

Our food trailer is a mobile kitchen that will be serving up traditional Cajun dishes cooked with passion and love. From shrimp and roast beef po’boys to jambalaya, each dish is a taste of Louisiana’s culinary heritage. Whatever you order off our menu is guaranteed to fill you up and make you want to come back for more! The name "Comeaux" is pronounced as "Co-mo", the "x" at the end is silent.

Good evening Albuquerque just wanted to let y’all know that this month is my last month here 😭
We are heading to Utah!!!
So if yall wanna little more taste of the Bayou before we leave then please come see is at our spots
Tomorrow we will be at Tractor Brewing - Wells Park our last day here will he the 28th and then Tuesday at Ex Novo Brewing Company New Mexico and our last day there is June 30th and we will be at Thirsty Eye Brewing Company on the 19th and 26th
