From our sauces and dressing to our hors d’oeuvres and entrees, all of our menu items are made in house. We do not use prepackaged goods from distributors or large retail stores and pass the cost on to you at an inflated price. We DO NOT “hot box”…we prep each item as far as we can in our kitchen and finish the product onsite so that you are guaranteed a restaurant quality product rather than a reheated “banquet” product.
