Happy Friday, friends! Sorry for my brief hiatus but G&F makes a return with a brand new series. We'll be talking to the best and brightest SoCal wedding vendors to get their take on the bridal business. First up, is my friend and this week's birthday girl Katie Pritchard Photography.

A whole new chapter: I thought it was fitting to shoot my business cards on top of the pages of an old book. At the end of last year, when I decided to start Gather & Frolic, I was focused on screenwriting, but knew it was time for a new chapter in my own life story. I grew up in the wedding business and so I had experience taking care of brides; as my friends got married, they often turned to me for help during the planning process and I saw a glimpse of what brides really needed and craved. My vision for Gather and Frolic has been a perfect storm of my entrepreneurial drive, my creative spirit and my passion for serving brides.

I promise that is going to deliver something different. Both with the clients we service directly and to all our blog visitors and fans. In the coming days, we will starting to add tons more blog content designed to inspire and empower brides. I'd love for you to visit us at www.gatherandfrolic.com. On one last note, I truly adore my business cards and website because even though I designed them, everything features our awesome branding by Hey, Sweet Pea and photography by Katie Pritchard Photography. For the past several months, we've been working with Hey, Sweet Pea to brand this amazing venture. I have put my heart and soul into Gather & Frolic and so have they. The name, the brand insight, the logo... everything reflects the heart and soul of this unique wedding planning firm.
