🌝 The Full Moon in Aries is here, and I keep seeing the word release everywhere.

What are you releasing? What are you letting go of?

But sometimes even hearing that can create pressure. It can make us feel like we should be doing something with the energy, making a decision or having some kind of breakthrough because the Moon is full.
Maybe you aren’t ready to release something.
Maybe you don’t need to.
There can be so much performance around these moments, as if we have to respond to the astrology in the “right” way. But astrology is a reflection. It gives us something to notice, something to work with.

Aries can bring that urge to move, to act, to handle things on our own. But across from Aries sits Libra, reminding us to look at where balance may be missing.
Maybe strength right now looks like asking for help. Maybe it looks like allowing someone to meet you halfway.

The Sabian symbol for this degree of Aries is two lovers strolling through a secluded walk, and I keep coming back to that image.
They aren’t rushing toward anything. They’re simply walking.

There is something gentle in that.

So maybe this Full Moon isn’t asking you to force an ending. Maybe it is simply showing you something from a different angle.

What is this Moon reflecting back to you right now?

Maybe something you thought you needed to release actually needs more time. Maybe something looks different now because you are looking at it from a different place in yourself.
And if the word release makes you tighten instead of soften, notice that too.

You don’t have to perform the energy.

You can work with it.

Breathe. Let yourself take in what is being illuminated, and be gentle with yourself.

✨I’ve been watching and teaching about Chiron for the past several years, especially since moving through my own Chiron Return.

In astrology, Chiron is often called the wounded healer.
In Greek mythology, Chiron was a wise centaur and healer who carried a wound he could not heal himself.
That story has always stayed with me. Sometimes the places that have hurt us the most become the places where we understand healing in a deeper way.

The wound can become medicine.
And often, it is the medicine we know how to give to everyone else, but forget to give ourselves.

Now Chiron has moved back into Aries, bringing us back to something that may have been activated several years ago.
