The Making of a Local Dollar Store

Aloha Maui,

My name is Pierre. I’ve lived on Maui for years and was a member of several groups focused on sustainability and the community. One common issue on Maui is affordability. I spent several years figuring out how to build a dollar store to help the community have access to affordable goods and to make it a little easier for everyone to get by. This is a 100% locally owned and operated store here to serve the community.

It has been an adventure getting the store open and we are learning every day. I believe in this venture and that it will help our community. My goal is to give back to Maui. Please come support us, we would love to see you.
