We realized that customers want fresh, uncomplicated foods, made from scratch. We listen to the requests of our clients closely so we can create a menu that fits each event. Although we do have a sample catering package; almost ever

y menu is personalized in order to create a unique experience. Since each dish is made fresh for your event only; the sky is the limit. We are very happy to please your palate and budget.

Last week's fundraising dinner for the Friendship Shelter. Amazing organization in Laguna Beach California. West Coast Event Productions generously donated the paella for this evening's event.
With the help of all who donated the Friendship Shelter was able to raise $70,000. ❤️

Customer appreciation third thursday . Always a great night with big crowds, live music and of course yummy food. Seafood and chicken paella served with roasted vegetables, crispy seasoned fries & mixed green salad. Warm churros and homemade cookies for dessert.

Grab and go breakfast buffet for Unlikely Collaborators. Yogurt, granola and fruit parfaits, egg and cheese muffin with Canadian bacon. Toasted everything bagel with smoked salmon, chive cream cheese and capers. Vegetarian mini quiche and an assortment of mini muffins. Fresh coffee and orange juice.

Always a great turnout on Burger night! Freshly grilled Angus beef burgers, veggie burgers with all the trimmings. Delicious potato salad, chili lime corn on the cob, mixed green salad and everybody's favorite ice cream bar for dessert. Customer appreciation night ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 🍦

The gentleman of Lido are always excited for paella night :) Chef kora killed it again. Shrimp, scallop, muscles, clams, sausage, roasted red peppers and pea paella. Served with a mixed green salad and vanilla bean ice cream with all the toppings for dessert.

Beautiful afternoon to host a Planned Parenthood event. Stunning Newport Beach location overlooking the harbor. The champagne flowed as guests were treated to tray passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a light buffet: summer salad, crisp flatbreads, pasta primavera.

Last Thursday's customer appreciation/ taco night. Choice of carne asada, Pollo, carnitas and sauteed vegetable tacos. Jalapeno black beans, Mexican rice & creamy caesar salad. Warm churros and gelato for dessert. Always a great turnout four legged friends included.

Cocktail reception Laguna Beach. Serving up some of our favorite hors d'oeuvres. Avocado, mango spring rolls, peanut sauce. Ahi Poke served in a crispy wonton cup. Lamb lollipops, minted yogurt. Chicken pot stickers, fresh green onions. Braised short rib, horseradish cream on a crostini.

Lido Isle Yacht Club is the perfect backdrop for this fabulous wedding. Harborside vows followed by an outdoor cocktail reception. Once inside the guests were seated and treated to live music, delicious food and lots of dancing. Congratulations to the happy couple!

One of our fabulous clients has the perfect backdrop for a garden/ album release party. Tray passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a delicious poolside buffet dinner. Seared salmon, creamy tarragon sauce , 8 hour braised short ribs, roasted tri-colored carrots, celery root and mash puree, Crisp green salad, champagne vinaigrette.

Lovely Mother's Day brunch in Beverly Hills. Food and flowers provided by WCEP. Tenderloin carved to order, perfectly seared salmon, herb roasted potatoes and carrots, fresh grilled asparagus, two seasonal salads with warm bread fresh out of the oven. 🌸
