Lemon and lavender, a timeless duo that feels like sunshine in every bite.🍋🤫This Lemon Lavender Bundt Cake, made with Bloomfield Culinary Lavender, is the perfect way to bring bright, floral vibes to your kitchen!
Ingredients
• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened (plus extra for greasing)
• 1 cup granulated sugar (caster sugar substitute)
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• 1.5 tsp Bloomfield Culinary Lavender
• ¼ tsp fine salt
• 3 large free-range eggs (room temp)
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, Bloomfield Culinary Lavender, and salt; set aside.
3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in lemon juice and zest.
4. Fold in the flour mixture carefully.
5. Spoon batter into prepared pan, smooth the top, and bake 35–40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
7. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar, extra lavender, and lemon zest.
