What a full-circle moment! 👨🏽‍🍳🎓

I was honored to be invited back to Louisiana Culinary Institute in Baton Rouge as a guest speaker and proud alumnus. I graduated from LCI in 2012, and it was truly a pleasure speaking to the graduates who are preparing to begin their own journeys as culinary and pastry professionals.

To every graduate: believe in your talent, remain disciplined, stay passionate, and never stop learning. The culinary industry will challenge you, but it can also open doors you never imagined.

I wish each of you tremendous success on this exciting journey! Thank you, Louisiana Culinary Institute, for inviting me back and allowing me to share my story and experience.
