“Open air” gets thrown around a lot in the booth world.

And lately, enclosed booths are circling back. Both have their place.

But there’s something to be said for the space… room to grab a friend, pile in mid-laugh, swoop someone up in your arms if the moment calls for it. The booth becomes part of the party, not a separate stop.
