The Deposit will be asked for to keep that date, if date is cancelled …Deposit WIL NOT be refunded! If cancelled within 4 weeks full forfeit of rental CANCELLATION: Party agrees that if it cancels this Agreement for any reason, the Hall will suffer damages. The closer in time the cancellation occurs, the greater the damages will be. Therefore, Party agrees to pay The Hall at the time of cancellation a liquidated damages fee, as follows:


From 365 days to less than 90 days prior to arrival date: $ _500______ [$ amount equal to50% of total anticipated revenue]
90 days or less prior to arrival date: $ __1000_____ [$ amount equal to 100% of anticipated revenue]

Hall Rental Fee Must be paid 8 weeks prior to event
Non Smoking Hall
All Food Items must be removed from premises night of rental
Put (3) all air conditions on 74 or heaters on 60
8 Chairs to be folded back onto the 8 round tables
No Candles No confetti…Please do not POP CONFETTI BALOONS IN HALL (will charge clean up fee)
No hanging anything on ceiling
Building must be cleared the night of the event
All Food Items must be removed from premises night of rental
Security must be provided for Large events at renters expense
