What do you do when your bride is Italian American, and you want to include something special? You work with Piacere, of course, to create a memorable pizza experience for your guests! Piacere has been a fan favorite at the Moncus Park farmer's market for some time and for good reason. The pizza is delicious, fresh, and baked on site and the team is so nice! We loved working with them and the pizza of course!

In the coming weeks we will be highlighting our work and all of the wonderful partners we have that make weddings and events so special. Event planning takes a village, and we couldn't do what we do for brides without all of these important vendors and the people who help bring our vision to life. Our most recent wedding featured a beautiful couple (maybe I am biased, but the bride is my daughter) who tied the knot in Lafayette, Louisiana. Our first highlight is the location of the reception, the UL Lafayette Alumni Association house on University of Louisiana at Lafayette's beautiful campus. This venue is extraordinarily beautiful and working with John Claude Arceneaux and Dan Hare is tremendously easy. I encourage any looking for a venue in Lafayette to consider this fabulous location. In honor of Saint Joseph, an altar was built with love to celebrate the marriage of Lindsey Marcel Kee and Chance Kee in the tradition of New Orleans Sicilian families with help from a fabulous local bakery, Angelo's Bakery and Catering. This beautiful wedding was hosted at Tony Mandina's restaurant, where the wedding cake by Swiss Confectionery, Inc. was surrounded by this wonderful local tradition inviting guests to partake in the delicious cookies (special thanks to cousin Katina V. Spera for her own addition) and view the lovely breads and altar items celebrating family. We pray that as this couple begins their married life together, Saint Joseph provides a powerful example of parental love and deep spousal commitment. Happy Saint Joseph's Day 2022!!!
