“A great company is a caring company” - S. Truett Cathy, founder of Chick-fil-A

Justin Mears, his wife Candice, and his son Jackson are proud to serve the Lacey community and to introduce the Chick-fil-A brand to Thurston County! He and Candice are both United States Navy veterans, having served as a Naval Aviator for 10 years prior to beginning his Chick-fil-A Operator journey.

We are focused on our vision of being the most caring company in the South Sound region, and that includes caring every single day for every team member and guest that comes to our restaurant, as well as caring for our community as a whole.

We are specifically passionate about the ideas that ‘served people serve people’, that ‘when we are meaning-filled, we can be meaningful’, and that ‘best is the standard’ in everything we do.
