Happy Sunday everyone! Long post here but well worth reading. In the beginning stages of my business, I was on my way to set-up in Auburn. Right before I got to the destination, my truck broke down. I was lost, I didn't know what to do. I frantically made a post for help and to my surprise a lot of people were ready to help. My friend with Lic'em-Lips BBQ messaged me asap and told me she would pull my food trailer home. She didn't have to, but she did!
The other day, Mandy and I went downtown West Point for some lunch and to check out the new thrift store. We walked in and started shopping. A lady's voice was calling me and I knew it was a familiar voice. To my surprise it was my friend with Lic'em Lips! We started catching up and she told me she sold her food truck business. I asked why and she said your looking at it. "You own this thrift store", I asked. With a great smile she replied yes. I asked why and her response was awesome. She always wanted to have one and prayed about it. She prayed over her business!! Followed her heart and leaned on God. I am super proud of her and I wished her the best💪🏾
After the conversation, she got back to helping customers while we shopped. I paid attention to how she acted and spoke to everyone who came in. All positive vibes with a smile ❤️
Thanks for coming to my hometown with your wonderful business and a positive mindset. Your a great asset to West Point!
