This was such a fun gig! My client requested an authentic Cajun Crawfish Boil to celebrate his daughter's graduation & acceptance to Tulane University! Everything turned out fantastic! I had fresh crawfish flown in from Louisiana & they arrived right on time🦐 And of course there's no better way to get that New Orleans feel than finishing off with Homemade Beignets!
