“Yesterday wasn’t the opening we had hoped for. After taking over the restaurant, we discovered several major equipment issues that weren’t apparent until we began full service. We’re working around the clock to repair them while continuing to deep-clean and improve the building. Thank you to everyone who showed us patience and grace. This isn’t the finished product—we’re just getting started.

We’re excited to announce that beginning tomorrow at 8:00 AM, The Tipsy Pig will officially be serving up breakfast, lunch, and dinner at The Mohawk under new management!

You’ll still get the same homemade food, slow-smoked BBQ, friendly faces, and small-town hospitality you’ve come to love—just in a new location with even more to offer.
