It’s the trembling flippers for me 😭💙🥺

😮‍💨 It’s hard being a sea lion pup, especially during high tide when they barely know how to swim! Giving them space allows our pups to rest and prevents them from drowning before they’re ready. Let them grow big and strong by giving them space all year long!

Did you hear about the kids and/or adults throwing stuff, kicking, or ILLEGALLY grabbing our sea lions?

It’s not just tourists or locals. It’s people who don’t respect nature enough. And people who don’t appreciate what we have until it’s gone. Keep calling, emailing, tagging the city and keep the conversation going. Our seals and sea lion colonies are not overpopulated, and should be actively protected under federal law.

📖🧜🏽‍♀️ Welcome to the Sirena Sagas!
A journal/diary/series/story/vlog of all my adventures 😂

🤿 I co-hosted a women’s only group snorkel with Babsi from the San Diego Women Surf, Snorkel and Dive Community group!

💙 It’s intimidating trying to find a buddy, so I wanted to create a safe space for those who identify as women to get the chance to know other merfolk, find a future buddy, and get to see our local wildlife!

👉 Our next one is July 17th on Women’s Dive Day 🥰
