Brúarfoss Standing here, I understood why Iceland feels otherworldly. That electric turquoise cutting through black volcanic rock—it’s not edited, it’s just Iceland in its purest form. The milky glacial water creates this surreal color that somehow captures everything magical about this country in one frame.
Photo tip: Shoot during overcast conditions or golden hour to avoid harsh reflections on the water. The muted sky actually makes the blue pop even more. A polarizing filter helps cut glare and intensify that signature color.

With the arrival of February comes Firefall season in Yosemite national park. This image is from 2 years ago and ever since I’ve been itching to get back. Roadtrip anyone?

Mesa Arch. Completely wrong time of day, but hey at least I wasn’t jockeying for camera position with 200 other photographers. In the end it is mine and for that alone I like it. Enjoy.

Been a bit quite over here for far too long so going to attempt to be more active with some of the images I’ve been able to create since last being here. This is from an Utah national park blitz I went on last spring. This image in particular is from Bryce Canyon.

Such an amazing day yesterday seeing Chris and Regan get married. They are such wonderful people who come from and are surrounded by thought, kind, and loving individuals. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my day.

London business district architecture. I found myself here in early January and was captivated by the elegant steel and glass of each modern monolith.

I waited 6 years to see the Firefall and finally this year I was fortunate enough to see if not once but TWICE! This image if from our second day where we opted to hike up Four Mile Trail instead of opting for the view from the valley floor like the day before. We only had to hike up the trail about 3/4 of a mile before clearing the tree-line and finding our vantage point. From there we did a bit of bushwhacking up for a better composition and met some other photographers. We shared stories and laughs for a couple hours while we waited for the sun to set. This is the result of that time and effort. Blessed to have witnessed this phenomenon in person and have the images to look back on. I hope you enjoy my work.

What a stunning day today capturing engagement photos for Jacob and Alex! They came dressed to impresses and it paired perfectly with our location. I can not wait till I get to capture them again at their July wedding.
