What a night!
The opening “tailgate” party for WIGCOT 2026 was a huge success.
Dream team: Delaney Event Management, , , , , .restaurants, , , , , and
Attendees enjoyed burgers, brats, cheesecurds, and other tailgate specialties while teeing off at the golf simulator, shooting hoops, playing corn hole or air hockey. While the tunes of DJ Shawna set the mood, guests reunited with old friends and met new ones. I was blessed to work with this team on this event, and look forward to the rest of the conference.

Not a detail was missed at the 36th Annual Valentine’s Ball - The Red Carpet. We surpassed our financial goals and exceeded guest’s expectations — once again. Thank you, everyone, who attended, sponsored, bid, and donated.
This truly is one of the most anticipated fundraising events of the year that I have the pleasure of chairing with our fantastic committee: Eva Marie Restel, Joanna Conrath, Jen Burch, Stacy Erickson, Jen Masewicz, and Cassie Davis.
We were honored to be the last big hurrah at and brought the entire team out for a standing ovation to thank them for the years of high standards in hospitality.

While the weather for Saturday's 50th Anniversary Black Tie Gala was stifling hot, we were blessed with not one—but THREE absolute downpours on Sunday. After flipping the tent over night — chandeliers down, chivari chairs out, crossback chairs in, tables moved in, sides removed — we created the community picnic event. Events like this are only successful with a dedicated team and cooperative and creative business partners. Patience, collaboration and humor is how we got through this!

This is one of my favorite events to design — The Festmaster's Ball for Oktoberfest - La Crosse, WI. This is the night you meet the new Festmaster and Frau and the entire 2025/2026 Royal Family. The evening is filled with laughter, polka music, fabulous food and incredible people. This nights truly kicks off the Oktoberfest Spirit. PROST! Everyone is welcome to the incredible night.

It was an honor to design this breathtaking 50th Anniversary Gala. Guests were driven in coaches, walked the red carpet, and cascaded on an Italian Plaza for cocktails. Following, they entered a dreamy dinner tent with chandeliers, tables covered in gold and cream linens, with rich red floral centerpieces adorning each table.
Dinner was a five-course meal, followed by passed cordials and liquors. The evening was topped off by an incredible fireworks show set to classical music.
It took a dream team to make it happen, as always. Many thanks to the entire below.
