The Grand Hotel Ballroom is a 1930's style Art Deco event space.

A gem situated in the heart of downtown La Crosse, Wisconsin, The Grand Hotel Ballroom has been operating as a venue for private parties and events since 2003. Originally a 40-room hotel (and once notorious brothel), the Grand was a five-year project that yielded some impressive results. Gutted, restored, and refurbished from the floor joists up, the Grand now resembles an era gone by. Sunlight st

reams in through the ruby red velvet curtains, lighting the exposed brick walls and arches though three separate rooms. The gleaming wooden floor, constructed from center cut fir bleacher seats from a 100-year-old high school, acts as a dance floor and supports vintage cocktail tables. An art deco stage, equipped for a live band, is the center of attention, opposite of a full premium bar and ice cream dipping cabinet. With a capacity of 150 guests, the Grand Hotel Ballroom is sure to provide a lifetime of memories for your intimate reception or event.

Our first wedding reception of the season is just around the corner, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate these two!

More than nine years, countless adventures, thousands of miles traveled, and a home filled with love for their cats Raven and Meadow have led them here. Now they’re counting down the days till “I do!”
