We are planning a softball game behind the event center June 27th!! If you would like to be included, please send me a message and we will get our teams together! We will meet at 5:00 pm!! Anyone is welcome! We plan to have singing, softball, hamburgers and hot dogs and fireworks after dark!!

We want to let everyone know of our price increase:
Rental:
full day rental $200.00
4 hour rental $100.00
Cleaning Fees:
Weddings or large events $300.00
Small events $150.00
You are always welcome to do your own clean up!
Everyone that has rented our beautiful event center has done so well with keeping it clean when they leave! Thank you so much for being respectful and taking care of the building while you are there!
We hate to do a price increase, but electric and insurance isn’t cheap. Thank you for understanding!! We love for you all to be able to come and enjoy a day here!

We do still have supplies for those who need it. What we have at the Event Center will be moved to the Rover Fire Department in a few days. If you need in, please contact Jeff Trantham, he will let you in. If you have more supplies you would like to bring, you may take it to the Rover Fire Department. Again, please contact Jeff Trantham ONLY! He will let you know what is needed and where to bring it!

We will have the event center opened at 11:00 today! We will be serving a hot lunch to everyone!
Come eat, shower, use the electricity to charge your phones.
We still have cases of water and hygiene products.
We are trying to get more tarps and totes. If you know of any place getting some in please let us know.

The event center will be open from 11-3 today. We will serve a hot meal for lunch. Come by and eat and shower. We still have several cases of water, hygiene products, trash bags and a few tarps for those who need these items.
We are needing totes for armed familes if anyonee iniqs where we can get some more.
If you need in after we have closed, let me or Jeff Trantham know & we will make sure you get in.
