Possets — our current dessert obsession! 🍋🫐👀

Pictured here is our lemon posset topped with a blueberry coated in edible luster dust — but we can make these in a variety of flavors!

Possets (PAH-sits) are a classic British chilled dessert known for their rich, velvety texture and bright fruit flavors — similar to panna cotta, but without gelatin.

Center for Educational Partnership Spring meeting at Indiana University Kokomo

We served up Tuscan grilled chicken & tofu, roasted potatoes, seasonal veggies, strawberry spinach salad, and fresh rolls—plus a build-your-own shortcake bar (chocolate, classic, and gluten-free!) 🍰
