Best of Kokomo nominations are open, and we'd love your support!

This past year has been full of growth, new experiences, and some pretty special moments here at Blye's. Being recognized as the 2026 ISBDC Business of the Year was an incredible honor, but getting to be part of YOUR special moments is what makes what we do so rewarding.

If you feel Blye's deserves a spot among Kokomo's best, we'd be so grateful for your nomination in two categories:

Meet our Blye’s Bride, Kylie 🤍

On August 1, Kylie and Nahum said “I do” at Garden Gate Greenhouse in Peru, surrounded by the people who helped make their day happen. Their family and friends had a hand in everything from the centerpieces and seating chart to the food on the tables. That might have been Kylie’s favorite detail of all.

Their day had a little Disney magic woven through it, too. Nahum walked their mothers and grandmothers down the aisle to “Tale as Old as Time,” Kylie walked down to music from Inside Out, and they made their way back up the aisle to “Married Life” from Up and then through a shower of bubbles as newlyweds. 🫧

Before all of that, Kylie had a moment alone in front of the mirror, just taking it all in. She told us she’d recommend that little pause to every bride, and we couldn’t agree more.

Kylie, it was such a joy helping you find your gown and veil. Thank you for letting us be part of a day filled with so much love. We’re wishing you and Nahum the sweetest life together! 🤍

When should you start shopping for your wedding gown? The short answer: earlier than you may think!

Beginning about a year before your wedding gives you time to explore your options, order your gown, allow for delivery, and complete alterations without feeling rushed.

Working with a shorter timeline? Please don’t assume it’s too late! Depending on gown availability, we may still have special-order or off-the-rack options for you.

It’s a beautiful Saturday at the Loft 🔆 But you may run into a little trouble getting to the store the ways you are used to. Several roads are closed today for the Alzheimer’s Walk. You can get to us by going Washington to Jefferson and then to Main Street or Apperson to Taylor and then to Main Street. I am not sure how long roads will be closed today🫤 There is parking available right in front of the store on Main Street! We can’t wait to see you!
