So I thought you guys might get a kick out of this one. We decided to make
Coq au Vin the other day, which we normally make with chicken. But in France, “Coq” literally means “Rooster” in wine. We’ve never shopped for 🐔 before, for some odd reason 😜
We found one at a local International market. As my wife takes it out the bag to clean and start to season it , I hear her SCREAM! When she called me over to see what was going on, I understood why she reacted that way!!! She wasn’t expecting to see the head and beak still attached 😂😂
It was delicious!

We are going to start offering our skillet Northern cornbread as a side. Sweet, moist and with a little kick. 🔥🌽🍞🌶️

Hey guys. So this is the first review that I’ll be doing of barbecue restaurants in East Tennessee. I’ll be hitting up a BBQ spot every two weeks to check and see how others are doing their barbecue in the area.

First stop was Delauder’s BBQ in Sevierville. I heard so many good things about this place and was looking forward to it for several months now.
