Part-Time Event Staff Opportunities – Knoxville, TN

Premier Event Services is expanding our part-time event staff team in the Knoxville area. We support a wide range of live events including corporate functions, nonprofit fundraisers, conferences, productions, and special events, and we welcome applications from all qualified candidates.

Position Type: Assistant Event Coordinator(W-2, Non-Exempt)

Position Details:
• Per-event scheduling based on availability and event needs
• Hourly or compliant day-rate compensation
• Compensation is based on experience and the scope of each event
• Overtime paid in accordance with applicable law

Qualifications:
• Ability to reliably work on-site in Knoxville, TN
• Reliable transportation to and from event sites
• Professional, client-facing appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and collaborative
• Experience in live event planning and/or production services

Physical Requirements:
This role involves standing and walking for extended periods, occasional lifting up to 25–50 lbs, and working evenings or weekends as required by event schedules. Reasonable accommodations are available.
