▪️TABLE / CHAIR SET UP / BREAKDOWN▪️ add this to your next package!!!! Make your set up / breakdown process easier!!!!

When arriving at the venue — it will be a BLANK SPACE!!!! You will have to set up all tables, chairs, linens (if added to package), decoration, etc. so this is why we always suggest renting the time you need for set up / breakdown.

UNLESS — you add table / chair set up / breakdown to your package. This can be done on our website, by emailing, or direct messaging!! If this is added, your tables / chairs will be set up and ready for you when you arrive!

QUESTIONS:
✔️Can I add this to my package after I have already booked?
YES, You can email, text, or direct message us and we can get that added onto your package anytime.

✔️How many Tables do you all have?
We have 9 round, 10 rectangle and 3 cocktail

✔️How many chairs do you all have?
We have 70 chairs. With the round tables we typically do 8-10 chairs per table. Rectangle tables 6-8 chairs per table.

✔️What is the max amount of people formally sitting?
We always suggest 70! The venue can hold more but after food, decor, etc. it gets a little tight!!

✔️How many people can I have if I do not have formal tables set up?
You could have up to 150! Typically people who do not do formal tables will use rectangle for food, gifts, etc. and then use the cocktail tables for standing conversations! This opens alot of space for standing room. We have also seen people do half and half. Round tables + cocktail tables!

Our blank space is YOURS TO CREATE!! We love seeing all the different layouts!
