We are excited to announce that we are hiring! We are in need of part-time event coordinator(s) & a weekend sales specialist.
Part-Time Event Coordinator:
Are you very "type-A"? Do you love to take charge? Our event coordinator position will be perfect for you! Our event coordinators are responsible for managing ceremony rehearsals + wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as many other events and parties! The candidate should be extremely outgoing, quick on their toes, not afraid to take charge of a situation, organized, able to juggle multiple tasks at a time and be available on nights and weekends. This position is part-time. ALL nights and weekends are not a requirement, just most! We do work around other work/school schedules that you might have.
Weekend Sales Specialist:
The weekend sales specialist would ideally be available most weekends (any weekend that we have events...some weekends would require Saturday-Sunday, some just a Saturday or just a Sunday). We are looking for a friendly and personable candidate to facilitate venue tours, set up for weddings & events (set out wedding favors, signage, arbor fabric, etc.), and assist our event coordinator in getting the bride down the aisle before leaving for the night. Our weekend sales specialist is not required to stay and work the event, but rather make sure the event is set and ready to go according to how the client wants. This candidate should have the same skills as the event coordinator position listed above.
