Reflecting on the magic of the last year 🤍

2025 brought tremendous growth, killer flowers, and wild transitions. Now more than ever, I am so excited for the opportunities of the new year and leaning into this next phase of Wild Iris.

A Wild Iris Update: Recently I was diagnosed with breast cancer and entered a whirlwind. As I plan for the next phases of treatment, it has become clear that I need to streamline Wild Iris in order to maintain the quality of design and communication that folks deserve.

Starting on November 11th, we will be closing down the storefront and no longer offering retail, delivery, and every day flowers. This will allow me to focus on our weddings and events as well as provide some additional flexibility as I begin chemo and radiation.

Fortunately my treatment plan will allow me to continue working throughout the next few months and I will be back at it before spring wedding season. I have reached out to any clients booked during this season, but if you have any questions, please reach out!

Saturday, November 8th will be the last day of normal shop hours. All non-floral retail items will be 25% off through November 5th and 50% of the 6th-8th. Stop by to say hi, stock up on early holiday gifts, and get a fun bouquet of flowers!

I will continue operating the events portion of the business out of the back half of the flower shop. A lot of things are up in the air at the moment, however we are considering subleasing the front half of the shop if the right person came along! Feel free to reach out if you’re interested!

As for me personally, I’m doing okay! I have the most incredible village that has shown up in a big way. I’m sad to see this era of Wild Iris come to a close, but know so many good things are to come!
