One of the things I love most about the BBQ community is how tight-knit it truly is. This isn’t just about food—it’s about family, friendship, and showing up for one another. When someone is in a time of need, the BBQ community doesn’t hesitate to step in and help, whether it’s with time, support, knowledge, or just being there.

I’m beyond grateful for everyone who has helped me get this far in life and for all the support, encouragement, and guidance I’ve received while starting this business adventure. None of this would be possible without the people who believed in me, pushed me forward, and stood beside me every step of the way.

We are bringing the breakfast wagon to Canton on Saturday August 30th! We will also be doing lunch at Williamstown Park for the Benefit for Badger Poker run! Menu for lunch is Hamburgers and Grilled Tenderloins.

Sunday we will be at the Oak Hollow Campground in Saint Patrick Mo serving lunch and supper 11am-6pm! Menu will include Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Grilled Tenderloins, baked beans and fried potatoes, and Mac n cheese!
