Founded in 1971, we are an annual festival held along the Allegheny River in Kittanning Riverfront Park, Kittanning, PA.

It’s always the first weekend of August, Thursday-Sunday. An annual festival held along the banks of the beautiful Allegheny River in Kittanning. This Festival exists to honor and celebrate our rich history and heritage in Armstrong County. Featuring a handcrafted artist market, musical entertainment on two stages, historical entertainment and demonstrations throughout, including heritage arts & c

rafts, vehicle displays, delicious festival food, and much more! Each year, the Festival begins on Thursday and ends on the first Sunday in August.
