This wasn’t just a graduation party… this was a full luxury brunch experience. ✨🥂

From live omelette and brisket stations by the pool deck to elevated BOHO-inspired displays inside the home, every detail felt straight out of a magazine. The soft florals, layered presentation, interactive stations, and beautifully curated brunch spread made this one of the most elegant celebrations we’ve catered to date.

The kind of event where guests walk in and immediately start taking photos before grabbing a plate. 🤍

Teaching the next generation what really matters. Even with the cost of everything going up lately, giving back to our community is a priority we will never compromise on. Chef Dameon and his favorite little sous chef spent the day prepping hot meals for those who need it most. A little food and kindness go a long way! 💛🍽️

Celebrating my birthday in Budapest was everything—good food, beautiful views, new memories, and the kind of moments that make you pause and just feel grateful. Blessed to see another year and experience a city that gave me so much inspiration.

Feeling truly grateful for moments like this. Having breakfast at the Kunsthistorisches Museum Café under that beautiful dome in Vienna was one of those experiences I’ll carry with me for a long time. As a chef, being surrounded by history, beauty, and incredible food all at once felt like a real blessing. Some mornings just remind you how good life can be.
