Clemie Jo Lamb and Diane Parker started out helping friends and family plan and organize parties and eventsw. Armed with complementing talents and a lifelong friendship the two of them turned these into a successful event planning and catering business. Friends in South Central Florida, last night I had the pleasure of attending an event at the Lightsey Family Ranch in Venus, FL. This is a fantastic facility for weddings, family reunions, retreats and bachelor or bachelorette parties. Lee and Tracey Lightsey are wonderful hosts and their Chef Michael Styer is amazing. So often brides ask me about venues for weddings or parties and this is one that I can wholeheartedly recommend. It’s off the beaten path and has a charming, Old Florida atmosphere.
