Fall flavors are officially on the menu at The Catering Company. This month, we’re serving up two fresh, seasonal favorites:

🥗 Autumn Orchard Chicken Salad
Tender chicken, creamy goat cheese, crisp fresh apple, dried cranberries, sliced almonds and red onion over mixed greens, finished with our house vinaigrette.

🌯 Autumn Chicken Salad Wrap
Oven-roasted chicken breast, walnuts, green apple, dried cranberries, celery, light mayo and fresh herbs wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. Served with pasta salad, kettle-cooked potato chips, a homemade cookie and utensils in eco-friendly packaging.

A little behind-the-scenes look at something we’ve been very excited about 👀

Our kitchen expansion in the warehouse is almost ready, and we couldn’t resist taking a moment to share and look back at where it started. From the before pictures to seeing the space come together piece by piece, it’s been exciting to watch this addition come together.

Of course our wonderful office ladies had to make an appearance to help celebrate and show off the new space! ☺️

September is serving up two delicious reasons to look forward to lunch! 🍂🥪🥗

This month’s specials include our Egg Salad Croissant Sandwich—fresh-made, creamy egg salad with a touch of Dijon and fresh herbs, served on a buttery croissant with crisp lettuce and dill pickles. 🥐
