July Test Run At Goodies halfway through - FIRE BOWLS — 6 Days Left at Goodies Market
Just a simple setup: fresh bowls, house sauces, fries if you want them. Garlic lemon chicken, tri-tip, falafel, grilled veggies. That’s it.

I’m testing the waters.
If it connects, I’ll keep going.
If not, I’ll let it go.

It turned out!!!!

I always feel wary of curing and fermenting my own foods. It’s intimidating, but duck “prosciutto” is a favorite in our house. Curing it at home makes it significantly easier to obtain AND SO MUCH CHEAPER! I had to try it!
