Tabletop Rentals in Seattle, WA Balancing Balloons began as a blog website with ideas and inspiration for parties and events. All our pieces are hand selected.

The blog focused on having detail oriented parties while balancing the rest of your life. We collected so many antique pieces for those parties that we decided to move in the rental world. We love each and every one of them and we cannot wait to share them with the world!

It’s truly hard to believe that we’re TEN YEARS into Balancing Balloons!! I thought it would be fun to look back at our own weddings to celebrate! We’re planning to share some of the behind the scenes over the last 10 years… we’ve learned a lot!
So, hi! I’m Michelle. I make up 1/2 of the Bb team. My husband John and I got married just about 5 years ago and have been together for 14 (yes, we were one of those Covid weddings). When I’m not at Bb you’ll find me teaching 1st grade full-time and participating in ample hobbies turned business (like Bb!!). We have an Old English Sheepdog named Salty who keeps us very busy. She has not reached the age of “chill” yet. We got married at Rosehill in Mukilteo just after the 1st Covid spike, when everything started to reopen after postponing, but with a cut guest list. We were honestly so glad to finally have the wedding that all the rules didn’t seem like such a big deal. Not even 2 weeks later, we had the new strand of Covid and everything shut back down. We feel lucky we made it! It was such a beautiful day with the most amazing people.
I LOVED planning our wedding and wish I could just keep planning another one each year. Let us know if you are in the thick of it and have questions!! We love to be a source for others!
