Help us congratulate Kelly on her promotion to Operations Director!

Kelly previously served as our Food Safety Director, where her leadership helped our restaurant continue our streak to our sixth Guardian of the Brand Award! These awards are presented by Chick-fil-A Corporate to restaurants that achieve a perfect score on their Quarterly Food Safety Audit for year!🏆

Since transitioning into Operations, Kelly has continued to make an impact by bringing her knowledge, experience, and passion for coaching to every aspect of the business. She has a heart for serving others, developing leaders, and pursuing operational excellence, and we are so excited to see her bring those strengths into this new role!

Christiana has been part of our Chick-fil-A family for 6.5 years, and throughout her journey, she has consistently shown what it means to lead with hard work, passion, and a servant’s heart.

Over the years, Christiana has served in several key roles, including Food Safety Director, Training Director, and Financial Director. In each role, she has brought dedication, excellence, and a genuine desire to help our team and our business succeed.

Her passion for people, commitment to our team, and willingness to serve others have made a lasting impact on our restaurant. We are incredibly proud of how she has grown as a leader and are excited to see her step into this next chapter.
