There are moments that make me wonder if I was born into the wrong century.

A hundred years ago, there were no notifications, no schedules buzzing in your pocket—only the rhythm of hoofbeats, the gathering of dark clouds, and the understanding that nature always had the final word.

Today we rode straight into one of those storms.

The rain came hard, pouring from the sky until it filled our boots, soaked the saddle leather, and blurred the world into shades of green and silver. The horses kept their steady pace as thunder rolled across the fields, reminding us that courage isn’t found in escaping the storm, but in meeting it with wonder.

Out there, wrapped in rain and wind, time seemed to disappear. For a little while, it felt as though we had crossed into another age—one where life was measured in seasons instead of seconds, where every ride was an adventure, and every storm was a reminder of how small, and how beautifully alive, we really are.

If I could choose, I think I’d spend more of my life in that world.

Some souls are simply happier beneath an open sky, with a good horse, a gathering storm, and the freedom to ride wherever the trail leads.

Moving cows sounded simple this morning... until the gate wouldn’t latch, somebody went the wrong way, the dogs got a little too excited, and the cows decided they were definitely in charge. šŸ˜‚

It wasn’t pretty, but we got it done. Life on the farm keeps you humble, gives you stories to laugh about later, and reminds you that the best memories usually come from the days when everything goes completely sideways. ā¤ļøšŸŒ¾

Wouldn’t trade this crazy farm life for anything. šŸšœšŸ„ LifeOnTheFarm KeepingItReal BlessedMess

A garden isn’t just planted—it’s imagined, shaped, and slowly brought to life. Every path laid, every seed chosen, every quiet morning spent tending it becomes part of the story
