Originally starting as a small 2000 square foot gym, dreams of helping more people reach their lifestyle goals quickly became true after the combination of great results and community quickly outgrew that space. After expanding now twice, Kingston Athletics is now a new, 5500 square foot facility offering one on one and small group personal training, group CrossFit classes, Olympic lifting and strongman programs, yoga, day care, chiropractic services and more.
