She is a hot one today, but we are still working. Up cleaning bounces since we got home late last night and sending some out soon!
Make sure to take much needed breaks while bouncing today and drink your water!

Our 50% deposit policy is offered to help our customers break up payments and it is fully refunded if you cancel 72 hours before your event or if your event gets rained out. We also require that deposit so we know that you are “serious” about wanting us to set up. There is nothing like arriving to an event for them to tell us they decided they didn’t want it. We are very flexible and if you communicate with us, we do tend to waive the deposit and have you pay in full a couple days before we set up. If you do not pay your deposit and do not communicate with us, you are not on the calendar and the bounce slot will go to another person. The same with waivers. The waiver grants us permission to set up on your property and I do have to upload my itinerary to the state two days before the event. That is the rule from the Ohio Department of Agriculture for amusement ride businesses. If I do not submit your waiver, I could lose my license.
As always, we appreciate all of you and your support for our small business. If it wasn’t for you guys we would not be here, but we do have certain policies and procedures we have to follow. 🫶🏻
