Today I worked my last official wedding!
What an incredible day with a beautiful bride and groom, the best vendors and perfect weather!
Scott and Julie take such pride in their resort and work hard to please their guests. They are dream hosts!
Barbe and her team created delicious food and desserts. Paul David did a great job on sound.
Florals from Marshall's were perfect.
Drozian photography were a blast to spend the day with.
Today was the perfect ending to my wedding planning career!

Paella and tapas party, yes please!
This weekend the EDH team created some delightful bites for a 50th birthday party. We built a savory charcuterie table, passed traditional tapas and made a huge pan of paella for 80 satisfied guests!

Tsasdi resort in Lake head was the perfect destination for this over night company holiday party.
The owners, Scott and Julie were incredibly gracious and accommodating hosts. Their resort is fun and close to home.
My team provided the shopping for welcome bags, and employee gifts. We planned, decorated and catered dinner, dessert and brunch.
We created a well crafted scavenger hunt with a nice cash prize so the guests could explore the grounds of the resort, upon arrival. It was fun to watch as couples ran around repeating clues aloud to one another, in search of the baggie of cash!
Netsound's Jon Thompson kept us dancing all night!
This annual party is a favorite for our team!

My lovely daughter was married to her best friend and I was honored to plan the celebration.

The wedding was an intimate gathering in with the dining tables tucked in a grove of pine trees. We strung market lights above the tables and dance floor for a perfect glow as the sun set.
We had touches of blush, navy, gold and glass with soft elements of preserved moss, dahlias and roses.
The early October storm brought a chill to the air, so we provided pashminas for all the ladies to stay warm.

I was able to relax and truly enjoy the beautiful celebration because I fully trusted my dear friends to handle the ex*****on of the event.
Lauren Karlowsky was a rock star planner and handled every little crisis with the weather and decor.
Barbe Cervantes created delightful food that everyone raved about.
Katie Luther, Kara Stewart and Jaret Brantley were so fun to work with and made picture taking amazing and relaxing.
Sarah Bos and Pamme Stanberrry created lush arrangements and floral.
Paul David set the tone with the perfect music throughout the party.
It was incredibly special to have vendors that are dear friends be such an integral part of this day.

This past weekend my beautiful daughter and the love of her life were married at a private residence in the foothills of Shasta county. The wedding was one of the most enjoyable parties I've planned, and my staff executed it so well. I'm excited to write a full post when the professional images arrive.
