🌱 What are you planting in your mind today?
Just like a garden, our minds will grow what we continually plant and nurture.
Seeds of worry can grow into fear.
Seeds of comparison can grow into discontent.Seeds of negativity can steal our joy.
But when we intentionally plant God’s Word, gratitude, truth, prayer, hope, and encouragement, something beautiful begins to grow. 🌿
Philippians 4:8 reminds us to think about whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy.
We may not be able to control every thought that enters our minds, but we can choose which thoughts we water and allow to take root.
🌱 Plant truth.
🌱 Water it with prayer.
🌱 Pull the weeds of negativity.
🌱 Give God time to produce the harvest.
And remember: “Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds you plant.”
Today, ask yourself:
What am I planting—and is it producing the kind of fruit I want growing in my life? 🍎🌿
