This project was born slowly, as all truly meaningful things do: through the aroma of freshly baked bread, the sound of conversations in the kitchen, and the golden light of a Sicilian sunset.
Many of you have followed this journey from the very beginning, with warmth, curiosity, and encouragement. Today, I feel a sincere need to thank you.
Carmelita Experience is not just a journey.
It is a return to what truly matters.
