We were recently contacted by a customer who unfortunately fell victim to a scam involving an individual advertising our equipment online and falsely claiming to be an employee of KG Bounce. We want to make everyone aware of this situation and encourage customers to take precautions when booking event rentals online.

Please keep the following in mind when booking with KG Bounce:

✅ We rarely advertise on Facebook Marketplace or similar platforms. Any advertising we do conduct will direct customers to our website, where reservations are completed securely and official confirmations are issued.

✅ We will NEVER request payments via Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or other peer-to-peer payment services for deposits or full payments.

✅ We do not offer equipment at 50% off simply because an item has not been booked for a particular weekend. If an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is.

✅ The only official phone numbers associated with KG Bounce are:
• 540-413-0829
• 800-689-7139
• 215-873-1568

The owner's cell is 215-873-1568 and is always on the go, so he uses this number to call and text a lot.

The only exception may be a temporary call or text from a delivery driver's personal cell phone if they are having trouble locating your event site. Otherwise, communications from numbers not listed above should be considered a potential red flag.

If you ever have questions about the legitimacy of an advertisement, offer, phone call, or payment request, please contact us directly at 800-689-7130 before sending any money.

Yesterday was an exceptionally busy day for our team, beginning at 5:00 AM on Saturday and wrapping up around 12:30 AM Sunday morning.

As of 5:30 AM Sunday, we're already back at it. We sincerely apologize for any missed calls, text messages, emails, or delays in communication.

Our team is working diligently to respond to quote requests, confirm upcoming reservations, and assist customers as quickly as possible.
