Hello everyone… we will have the food truck set up in Elk Horn, by the Danish Windmill tomorrow, Tuesday October 21st from 11-1 or we run out of food. Whichever comes first. Hopefully you will come out and grab a meal or two. We look forward to seeing you!!

Hello everyone…it looks like it is going to be a beautiful day. That being said, I will have the food truck set up in Jacksonville for lunch. Today’s menu will be smoked pork loin sandwiches, twice baked mashed potatoes, green beans, salted caramel cookies and assorted pops or water. I will be there around 11-1 or I sell out, whichever comes first. I hope to see you there!!

Hello everyone…. Well it looks like some rain again this morning. So people may not get going early again today. That being the case, I think we will wait and try for lunch in Jacksonville on Saturday. I wish this weather would straighten out so I can be of more assistance to everyone.

Hello everyone… because it rained most of the day yesterday, I will not be bringing the food truck to Jacksonville for lunch Thursday October 16th. Most farmers won’t get started until noon or later. However, if it doesn’t rain between now and noon on Friday, October 17th, I will bring the food truck to Jacksonville on Friday. Please check this page daily for updates on when we will have the food truck set up during harvest season. And, as always, thank you for your support!!

Hello everyone… we wanted to thank everyone who came to purchase from us at T-Bone Days in Audubon. We had a great turnout. This week, Thursday, August 7th, we will have the food truck in Manning at the Market Meals and Music on Main from 4:30-8. You can preorder smoked racks of baby back ribs that can be eaten there or taken home to eat later. They will be $24.00 a rack. Please call or text us at 515-707-9503 by noon on Wednesday if you would like a rack. We will also have brisket sandwiches or nachos, pulled pork sandwiches or nachos, nachos cheese and chips, cheesy potatoes, macaroni cheese, water, and miscellaneous pop. Hello everyone…. We just wanted to let you know that we will have the food truck set up in Audubon on Saturday, August 2nd, from 10-4 on the square uptown, for T-Bone Days. We will have brisket sandwiches or nachos, pulled pork sandwiches or nachos, nacho cheese snd chips, cheesy potatoes, creamy macaroni and cheese, assorted chips, water and an assortment of pop. Hello everyone…. We will have the food truck set up on Friday July 18th in Elk Horn at the Danish Windmill from 11-1. While you are you shopping at the city wide garage sale, stop by and grab lunch. Then from 5-7 we will be at the Exira Farmers Market. We hope you stop by and see us. And as always, we thank you for your support!!

Hello everyone…we just wanted to thank everyone who came to the Shelby County Fair and supported us. We had a great turnout. This week, July 18th, we will have the food truck set up at the Exira Farmers Market from 5-7. We will have brisket, pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, and fresh baked cookies. We will also make baby back ribs that will have our own dry rub on them. They will be cooked on the smoker, and wrapped in foil to pick up that night in Exira. However, you do need to order the ribs ahead of time so we know how many to make. You can call, text or message me at 515-707-9503. I will take orders until noon, Thursday July 17th. They will cost $24.00 for a full rack. We hope to see you there!!

Hello everyone… we hope you are having a great Independence Day weekend. I wanted to thank everyone who came on Thursday for lunch at the Danish Windmill. I also wanted to let you know we will have the food truck set up in Exira on Sunday, July 6th, for lunch from 11-1 on the North side of the town square. The menu includes shredded roast beef that you can have on Texas toast with mashed potatoes and gravy or in sandwich form on a bun. We will also have pulled pork sandwiches, 1/4 pound all beef hot dogs, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, green beans with bacon, and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies as options. We hope you come to see us, and as always, we thank you for your support!!!

Hello everyone…. July 3rd’s menu in the food truck in Elk Horn, at the Danish Windmill, will be brisket, pulled pork, green beans, fresh baked cookies, and a new potato dish called bacon and cheddar mashed potatoes. I’m not bringing nachos this time so I have more room for brisket for sandwiches. I’ll be set up from 11-1:30 or I sell out. Whichever comes first. I hope you come out to see us.
