# # ABOUT GRAZE CRAZE
Graze Craze is a growing charcuterie and catering concept specializing in beautifully handcrafted charcuterie boards, boxes, grazing options, and catering experiences.
At Graze Craze Killeen, we believe great food should look just as amazing as it tastes. We are looking for a **friendly, dependable, outgoing, and creative individual** to join our team and train as a **Grazologist — a Creative Food Artist specializing in charcuterie boards and boxes.**
This is a hands-on position that's perfect for someone who enjoys food, creativity, customer service, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment.
# # WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Team Member / Creative Food Artist, you will:
* Artfully prepare and arrange made-to-order charcuterie boards, boxes, cups, platters, and other menu items using our training guides and build sheets.
* Work with premium cheeses, artisanal meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, chocolates, sweets, crackers, breads, and other ingredients.
* Provide friendly and professional customer service in person and over the phone.
* Take customer orders and accurately process payments.
* Prepare food according to Graze Craze standards.
* Assist customers with menu selections and recommend additional products when appropriate.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe preparation and customer area.
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
* Assist with catering orders, deliveries, setup, and special events when required.
* Work closely with other team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.
# # WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous food-service experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.
Ideal candidates will have:
* A positive, friendly, and outgoing personality.
* Strong attention to detail.
* A creative eye and willingness to learn food presentation.
* Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
* Good time-management skills.
* Basic math and transaction-handling skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A willingness to learn about our products and help increase sales.
* Food preparation, catering, restaurant, bakery, sandwich shop, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus.
* Experience with Toast POS is a plus, but not required.
# # REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must:
* Be at least 18 years old.
* Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
* Have a valid Texas driver's license and a good driving record for occasional deliveries and event setup.
* Be comfortable communicating with customers in person, by phone, and electronically.
* Be able to stand for extended periods.
* Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
* Be available for some weekend shifts and special events.
* Follow all required food-safety and sanitation procedures.
* Obtain required Texas food-handler/food-safety certification during training if not already certified.
# # SCHEDULE
This is a flexible part-time position offering approximately **15–20 hours per week**.
Scheduling may include:
* Daytime shifts
* Closing shifts
* Weekend shifts
* Catering and community events
* Occasional evening special events
We do our best to provide flexibility while ensuring the store, catering orders, and events are properly staffed.
