This weekend we had the absolute pleasure of catering the Lampasas Boys & Girls Club Luau Fundraiser! Our team served 400 guests a three-course meal featuring some Polynesian-inspired favorites. From appetizers to a two-line buffet, dessert station, and beverage bar, it was such a fun and rewarding night for our crew

Band of Brothers BBQ — for absolutely saving us by smoking our Kalua pork shoulders after I made the rookie mistake of mismanaging oven space

We do the shopping, come to you, cook, serve, chat with your guests, and clean everything up while you actually enjoy your evening stress-free.
