If you are needing appetizers or a grazing table, we can accommodate. We aim to please! f you have a special palate that requires dairy free/ gluten free/ vegan/ vegetarian options, no problem. Depending on the number of meals needed, an extra charge will be assessed. I regularly serve for retreat catering, and fully understand the importance of getting to know your customers and their specific needs.

Sometimes, it’s just about the home cooking. You would be surprised how many people don’t know what that is anymore. Now that is a culture I want to highlight…home made cooking.

Caramelized meatloaf with my homemade bbq sauce, garlic butter mashed potatoes (red), and my often requested Southern green beans. 🫨🤤🏆

I know, it’s like, “Meatloaf?” YES! I was craving it for a while now. I ordered some at a nearby diner; needless to say, is was squishy and had zero flavor. So, I made some and the rest is history. I make these as meatloaf bites from my long list of hors d’oeuvres I offer. It’s about flavor, crispy edges and the perfect amount of moisture. The best part is they are gluten free! The homemade bbq sauce adds the perfect amount of sweetness.
