Helloooo my beautiful friends!

Long time no talk….

As we get ready to ring in the new year, I just wanted to share a few thoughts with you all.

This year is going to look a little different for The Wild Cactus. My goal moving forward is to fall in love with flowers all over again, try new things, and take some time to grow. I’m not quite sure what the future holds, but I’m hoping one day The Wild Cactus will be back and better than ever.

For now, I’m taking a break from weddings, but I will be taking a limited number of Valentine’s Day orders. Delivery will only be available in Henderson, Longview, and Kilgore, and I’ll be keeping things simple with designer’s choice arrangements - just me getting back to the basics and rediscovering my love for blooms. I’ll also be working on finding a local pickup spot in Kilgore for those of you who’d prefer to grab your flowers in person!

Thank you all for being so supportive through this journey. Can’t wait to share what’s next!

06/01/24 || The Wild Cactus

This past Saturday I had the honor of doing florals for 2 amazing weddings (1st picture The Crowes || 2nd picture The Bonnettes), as I was working this past week to prepare for these weddings it hit me, even though I’m finishing out my 2024 & 2025 weddings I will no longer be meeting and creating with N E W brides 🥹

It also reminded me of how far I’ve come, when I first moved to Kilgore we were just a boutique that offered daily arrangements, with a dream to one day be an all inclusive wedding florist and now we are moving on and looking for a new dream 🥹🫶🏼
