Hi Cindy,
I thought you would appreciate the feedback from our flight attendant, Shelley and the passengers we had onboard. I am cutting and pasting my notes from the debrief I sent to today's client:

Shelley reported that multiple times comments were made on the catering and how great the food was; being nice fresh and yummy. Shelley said it was some of the best catering she has had in a long time. I will be sure to pass the happy reviews back to Gals W/O A Label in PHLI. A big portion of everything was eaten.

Thank you for your amazing job. We all look forward to our next trip in PHLI.

Sometimes I get comments like, "your a chef, you must be hard to please". Well I am actually not so hard to please, when its fresh, created & prepared by loving hands & thoughts.
My new favorite example would be Kauai Juice Co., Clean, fresh, creative wonderfulness !! What a way for to Kauai to start the new year with their cool, clean intriguing store opening! My new favorite place to love !! I just tried Dylan & Kristal's Milks & Mixed Tonics. Love the Best Breakfast with cold pressed coffee and Mintacoloda!! Yummmy. Of course I love all their ginger blends and another new fav is All up in my Fennel!!
If your in Kapa'a for the Art Walk tonight, do yourself a favor and cruise on over to Kauai Juice Co, they're sharing samples tonight !!
