Sometimes the final setup looks a little different than the mockup and that’s okay! Our custom mockups are designed to help you visualize the overall look and feel of your backdrop. Occasionally, small details need to be adjusted once we’re on site.
At Till’s graduation party, my clients had large box fans running to keep everyone comfortable during an unusually hot May afternoon. The downside? Those same fans wanted to send our balloons flying across the venue! We made a few adjustments to ensure everything was securely anchored and would stay put for the entire celebration.
Then came Baby Starbucks’ baby shower. Once we decided to move the backdrop to a different location, we realized part of the balloon garland would be sitting in the direct June sun. A quick flip of the design kept most of the balloons in the shade, helping prevent heat damage and unwanted popping.
At the end of the day, my clients were kept informed every step of the way, approved the changes, and absolutely loved their final setups. That’s what matters most! 🤍
