Lake Cooper Foundation Linking people and their communities together through involvement. Hugh L. Cooper was the designer of the Keokuk Dam.

The pool created behind the dam, Lake Cooper, is named in his honor and is the largest pool in the series of dams with 240 miles (390 km) of shoreline.

We donated the black lights and labor for setup and clean up for Black Light DodgeBall. Just an FYI for the community at large. Not one person has stopped in during the posted hours. If there isn't a need, we will discontinue our efforts and concentrate our efforts toward other community betterment projects.

This weekend, Friday and Saturday, is your last chance to visit. $10 person, it is no touch, appropriate for all ages, family friendly and for the little ones, glow sticks for an additional $1 for a NO scare experience. (NO scare means the actors will not scare and let the children enjoy the displays. Only one glow stick per group is required for no scare). 810 Main St Keokuk
